Great bag. Well made, perfect size for solo travel. Jul 11, 2010
By J. Dove I bought this bag needing a rolling bag that held a lot but wasn't overly large, for a 2 week trip to Europe. Normally I use a backpack but this time I had a daypack that held my valuables and a water bladder for day hikes, so I needed something that I could drag along behind me with all my other things. This bag survived 4 flights, being dragged across gravel roads, through fields at campsites, buses, trains, and everything else I could throw at it, and came out the other end with only a few small scuffs. The material seems very high quality and it's got plenty of pockets to keep all your stuff organized and separated. It's a great size for a 6 foot person; you don't feel like you're bent over when using the telescoping handle, and seems a great combination of lightweight vs. durable. Not too big, not too small. Comfortably held a tent, lightweight inflatable mattress, and all my clothes with room to spare. The zippers slide smoothly and are very much up to the standards to that of the bag. Didn't want to spend a lot but didn't want a bag that would fall apart either. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended product.

Love it! Dec 23, 2009

I got back two weeks ago from my first trip with this bag, a 12 day wintertime adventure in three cities, w/o access to laundry. It worked brilliantly. The shoe pocket is fantastic, and there's tons of room. The bag itself is fairly light, and I managed to fill it to capacity w/o hitting the weight limits for the airlines.
The only improvement I could think of would be to put some kind of extra fabric/plastic on the wheel-side pocket - because the bag does stand on end when you're wheeling it around, it could use a bit of extra protection - there was a bit of scuffing to the fabric but nothing major.
Also, the color is great - about halfway between navy and royal blue - but don't get it please, I like being able to identify my bag quickly!

Have bag will travel Jan 20, 2011
By ElizabethKY This duffel is exactly what I needed and described exactly how it is; there were no surprises (pleasant or otherwise) when it arrived. It is roomy and has an exterior zippered pocket for instant access. There are plenty of straps and heavy-duty handles.
There are no dividers inside this bag, so expect to find all your belongings in a large lump at the bottom. Not much different than most cases.
The only downside to my bag is the tow handle slides out okay, but does not want to go back in, even with much wiggling and applying weight. Then, of course, it is in the way.

By bag apple great bag, not one problem and its red so its easy to spot on the conveyor belts at airports! Like that it has wheels but you can also carry it at the same time like a regular bag.
Great Duffle on wheels Dec 31, 2011
By carol Now my grandsons don't have to drag their old duffles through airports and complain that they can't carry them because they are so heavy.
Sturdy with lots of zippered pockets and loads of room for their clothes and toys.
