Le Blanc Linen Wash Classic Scent Clean Vintage Precious Heirloom Linens Safely

Linens new and antique are conserved and restored by Linen Wash the unique product designed especially to care for all washable household linens. Linen Wash has a neutral pH balance making it safe for cleaning vintage linens, lace and even precious Egyptian cotton sheets. Yet it is effective in removing stains from red wine, lipstick, foxing or aging without the use of bleach, caustics or phosphates Linen Wash is the original registered cold water cleanser as seen in House Beautiful, Victoria, and Family Circle magazines. Since 1986, Le Blanc Linen Wash, Inc. has built an outstanding reputation for producing the highest quality specialty cleansers for the home textile industry. Le Blanc LINENWASH will safely and effectively remove the most difficult stains from washable bed, bath and table linens as well as antique linens, colored linens, lace, quilts, 100% cottons, synthetics and blends. Why should you use these cleansers? Many soaps and detergents contain harmful chemicals that can destroy fine fabrics, causing them to yellow and fall apart. Hot Water vs. Cold Water Many detergents require hot water to work properly. Hot water not only sets stains but shrinks fabrics. This is why LINEN WASH is a cold-water wash. EFFECTIVE STAIN REMOVER Le Blanc LINENWASH has been tested to remove the following stains: lipstick, red wine, grease, honey, perspiration, fruit juice, baby formula, syrup, pet stains, egg yolk, coffee, tea, oil, dressing, blood, liquor, cola, food coloring, gravy, caramel, most mustards, flower pollen, butter, most inks, jams and jellies, pencil marks Bring out your finest linens at your next dinner gathering and put Le Blanc LINEN WASH to the test. You will discover that your linens will come out beautifully clean, soft and delicately scented.

5THE BEST CARE FOR FINE LINENS  Nov 09, 2011
By AZHome1
If you are able & willing to spend thousands on Anichini, Pratesi, Sferra or other boutique Italian made high-end Egyptian cotton, silk or other fine linens then you want to preserve your investment. Unless you intend to dry clean regularly (which is not only expensive, but hard on fabrics) Le Blanc is a great choice. It is reccommended by every high end fabric house I'm aware of... & for good reason. You need such a small quantity to clean even a full set of king sheets & a duvet cover... 1/4cup is plenty. It removes every stain I've come up against - blood, ball point pen, oils - like from hair products (or MAKE-UP!!). We have 3 kids & it removes the crazy things they put in their beds too... like chocolate, magic marker or crayon! The scent isn't over powering or feminine like fabric softerners or detergents... My husband says he doesn't feel like he's sleeping on "fru-fru" sheets. It's very light- many people won't even notice it- especially if you have more than 1 set of sheets per bed & wait a week or more before using them between washings.

I prefer a very formal bed, so we iron linens. Using Le Blanc in cold water on delicate then removing linens from the dryer while damp & ironing makes the sheets easy to press to a crisp finish. Le Blanc also makes a dryer "sachet" and an ironing water if you want more fragrance.

All in all, Le Blanc is far better than Forever New or other products. It's expensive if you look only at the price per ounce; but, if you figure the cost per wash versus "Tide" etc. & how much longer your fine bedding & other items will last, Le Blanc is a no brainer! It is simply the best care for fine linens.
